A belated birthday post

Well, as you know, Katy turned 1 over a week ago now. We have been pretty busy, mostly relaxing and having fun with Katy, so I am just now getting around to posting about her birthday. We had a nice party for her on Saturday, with friends and family. I think there were about 20 or 25 people.

Katy got lots of presents. First Mommy helped her open them. Then we switched off and Daddy helped her open the rest. She LOVES her birthday cards. We have kept them all in a stack by her new fishtank, and she loves to look at the fish and leaf through her birthday cards. Anyway, here are the pics of present time.

Here is Gwen with something else beautiful that she made! I think she had some help from her husband Frank with this particular project. His name is Carl, and he's Katy's buddy. :) Katy can even say his name! Sort of.
