Shelby, once our baby and more recently demoted to depressed pet, left us peacefully yesterday at the vet's office. He had bone cancer that was making it painful for him to walk, and we wanted to do this for him before something
catastrophic happened. Sad, but we think the right thing. Good boy, Shelby-dog!
